Delivery & Collection Options
Delivery to Site
We deliver channel drainage products, grates and accessories directly to your site or project address anywhere on the UK mainland. Delivery is a flat £35 + VAT (£42 including VAT) per order. Delivery normally takes 2–3 working days from ordering. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Collection — Blackburn Depot
Order before collection — free. Place your order before travelling and wait for confirmation that it is ready to collect from our Blackburn trade counter.
Returns & Cancellations
For standard goods bought online by consumers, tell us within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods if you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 calendar days to return them. Email info@fortinova.co.uk or call 01254 433987 with your order reference. Return goods to Forti Nova Ltd, Unit 1–3, Bridgewater Business Park, Blackburn, BB1 3EU, securely packaged. You pay the direct return carriage for a change of mind. Goods should be returned in the same condition; reasonable inspection is allowed, and a deduction may apply for handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. There is no restocking fee. We refund the goods and standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence of their return, whichever is earlier, using your original payment method. For faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Load Class
Make sure you select the correct load class for your application. Domestic pedestrian (A15), driveways (B125), commercial (C250/D400) and heavy industrial (F900) have different product requirements.
